- Whole homes and apartments (rooms and sublets aren’t accepted yet)
- Real photos of the actual unit — no people, logos or watermarks
- Every mandatory fee listed; security deposit no more than two months’ rent (Missouri law)
- Fair-housing compliant wording — no stated or implied preference about who can live there
- Required local permits, such as the City of St. Louis Certificate of Inspection before move-in
